Batch culturalization
Batch culturalization means running many assets and languages through one controlled cultural localisation system instead of one-off agency tickets. With brand voice, glossary, and translation memory, batch work ships on-brand creatives at campaign speed; without those rules, batch is only bulk machine translation.
Why it matters
Performance and brand teams need batch culturalization when four markets launch on the same media calendar. The bottleneck is usually design rebuild and review rounds, not word availability. Nativ is built for that motion: batch creative jobs with shared brand rules and editable file returns.
How to measure batch work
Measure time-to-editable-file and review rounds, not only words processed. A batch that returns spreadsheets still fails the launch.
Start with one asset class and two languages, then expand. Artificial pilots without a real deadline teach less than a real calendar.
What batch needs before volume
Voice rules, glossary, do-not-translate lists, and a named reviewer for hero assets. Without those, volume only multiplies cleanup.
Also decide which lines may be transcreated and which must stay translation-grade. Unlabeled batches create noisy QA and fake “quality” debates.
Batch across modalities
Marketing batches are rarely text-only. Ads, PDPs, and social kits include on-image type and sometimes video. Batch culturalization that ignores image and video leaves the expensive half of the campaign behind.
Nativ’s cultural localisation approach treats text, image, and video as one brand-voice system so batch jobs do not invent a separate process per modality.
Culturalization at scale
Searchers looking for culturalization at scale or ad localisation at scale are describing this operating model. See Solutions for CMOs and creative localisation for buyer framing.
