Sacheu Beauty is a fast-growing US-based cosmetics brand known for bold, playful product names and viral campaigns on TikTok Shop and Amazon. As the brand expanded into France, Germany, Italy, and Spain, its team needed to localize more than 500 high-impact creative assets - including product detail pages (PDPs), A+ content, and storefront imagery - without compromising tone, style, or speed.

Volume & Complexity

Hundreds of Photoshop assets across multiple SKUs and shade variations needed to be localized simultaneously. Many assets had boxed text, line-break issues, and layout constraints, especially with verbose languages like German.

Brand Integrity Risks

Proprietary terms like “STAY-N®” and playful shade names (p-INKED, Bunny Tongue, Giving Drama) had to stay in English while the rest of the copy changed. Maintaining font fidelity (OPTIVenus, Avenir Next, Poppins) across languages was critical for compliance and consistency.

Launch Delays

Although Sacheu had completed VAT registrations and inventory prep, its TikTok Shop and Amazon go-lives were blocked by the localization backlog. Manual copy-paste into PSDs was slow, error-prone, and required extensive post-editing.

Implementation & adoption
